Well for those of you who may not know yet, Jessica and I are expecting our 1st baby on August 30th!! We are incredibly excited and can not wait until the big day. The past 4 months has flown by, so we are hoping that it slows down at least enough for us to get the baby room put together. We spent the last weekend at my parents house with my sisters 2 little boys, 3 1/2 and 1 1/2, and we both decided that we are glad that we get to start with a newborn because by 3 they have way more energy than either of us. I added a little countdown gadget to the blog, so everyone please keep us in your prayers and for anyone that we hadn't told yet, sorry, but I couldn't wait any longer to tell everyone.

ReplyDeleteThe gender surprise should be on April 16th, unless he/she decides to moon us and not let us see. We have all sorts of guesses, pretty much 50/50, although great grandma's voodoo magic is saying we'll be having a girl...we'll find out in 10 days!!
