Water baby?

Last night Sam & I tackled what we thought would be scream-fest 2010 when we decided to give Ryder his second real bath. He wasn't a fan of sponge baths & our first real bath was even less enjoyable for the little guy.

We had been fighting gas all day (best reason EVER for not having to eat broccoli! thank you, Ryder!!) & decided to try & calm him down with a meal before attempting to get him wet. Thankfully the subsequent diaper change also went off without much incidence as well so we decided to go for it ... let the games begin! All that worry for nothing - he loved it! No fussing at all this time!

Now, I don't want to jinx us, but could this perhaps indicate a future water baby?? Either way, I was so happy not to have made my baby cry - that little scrunchy face he makes right before a big cry breaks my heart!
